Dr. Ebbs supports AJE customers by providing answers to questions about writing and publishing manuscripts. She is a member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association. Before joining AJE, Dr. Ebbs received a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Johns Hopkins University. She also performed research at Duke University and taught biology at Elon University.
