AJE Preferred Group Benefits are available to support any group of five or more researchers. This can be researchers in a lab, students and faculty at a university, members of a society or editors and authors of a journal.
What are the requirements for setting up an AJE Preferred Group account?
The AJE Preferred Group Benefits program is intended for groups of 5 or more people, joined by an institution, university, lab, journal, publisher or other established entity. Each group member may have his or her own account or, the group may have one administrator who submits papers on behalf of the group.
I submit on behalf of other people, can I still take advantage of the AJE Preferred Groups discount program?
We recognize the world of research publication is not “one size fits all” even with a program such as this. AJE is in business to make the publishing process easier. We encourage you to fill out the form below, tell us about your situation, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
What types of discounts are available to AJE Preferred Groups?
AJE Preferred Group discounts are percentage based and applicable to all submissions by every user within a group. Please contact your account manager for specific discount options available for your group. In addition to AJE Preferred Group Benefits, you receive all AJE user benefits, as well. This includes our AJE Plus program, which gives you discounts and benefits as you send more papers for editing.
Once my group account is set up, can I add more people to my group?
Once your AJE Preferred Group account is set up, you will receive instructions on how to add people to your group including a shareable link and suggested text that you can use in emails, on your website or social media to get others to join your group.
What does my account manager do? When should I contact him or her?
As a Preferred Group account owner, you will receive support from a dedicated account manager. Your account manager can help with any questions or requests you have regarding the set up and maintenance of your group.
Who do I contact with questions about my submission or billing?
Please contact our Support team at [email protected] for assistance or any questions regarding the submission process, your orders, or billing. All users in your group should contact the Support team with any questions or concerns. Only the account owner should be in contact with your account manager.
How is the AJE Preferred Group Benefits program different from Referral Rewards and AJE Plus?
AJE is pleased to offer various resources and options to help you get the most out of our services and the publishing process. AJE Plus and Referral Rewards are meant for individual customers and submissions whereas the AJE Preferred Groups Program provide an entire group with dedicated account management and an ongoing discount on every submission. As a Preferred Group member you are able to benefit from all AJE incentive programs.
What payment options are available?
In addition to all payment options listed on our pricing page, group administrators in the Preferred Groups program are able to pay on behalf of others whether those funds are deposited in advance or invoiced after submissions come in. Your Account Manager will work with you to find the solution that meets your needs.
