One of the ways that AJE is able to provide excellent services to our customers is by ensuring that we have talented people working on our team. To do that, we strive to create and maintain a wonderful environment in which our employees are supported, challenged, and have opportunities to grow. In striving for this, our company has received awards for the business and work environment over the years. Below are some of them.

VP of Human Resources, Amy Rawls, PhD, says:
“At AJE/Research Square, it all begins with passion for our purpose of making research communication faster, fairer, and more useful. By putting people—our customers and our team alike—at the center of our organization, we’ve been able to accomplish great things that are being recognized beyond our walls. It is a thrill to work with the best people for an organization that is creating lasting positive impact on the research community and broader society while also meeting important business and workplace goals.”
