One of the ways that AJE is able to provide excellent services to our customers is by ensuring that we have talented people working on our team. To do that, we strive to create and maintain a wonderful environment in which our employees are supported, challenged, and have opportunities to grow. In striving for this, our company has received awards for the business and work environment over the years. Below are some of them.
5 Awards Our Company Has Received
From 2011-2015, American Journal Experts/Research Square made the Inc. 5000 list, which spotlights the fastest-growing and most innovative companies in the nation. In 2013, we also were on the Triangle Business Journal's Fast 50 list, for fastest growing private companies, and received Inc.'s Hire Power award for being one of the top 100 private business net job creators in the country.
AJE/Research Square has continued to win awards for our efforts in being an employer-of-choice and leading the way in workplace efficiency and flexibility. The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) awarded Research Square the Sloan Award for Excellence in Workplace Effectiveness and Flexibility in 2011 and 2012, as well as the When Work Works Award in 2014, 2016, and 2017.
AJE/Research Square has also been recognized for its family-friendly business practices and work environment. In 2013 and 2014, we were named a NC Family Friendly 50 company by Carolina Parenting Co. Recently, we were recognized as a Breastfeeding Friendly Workplace by the NC Breastfeeding Coalition and featured on Family Forward NC's website as a family-friendly employer.
