AJE Supports Authors at North Carolina Central University With Educational Seminar

In March, global author services provider, AJE delivered an on-site educational seminar to authors at North Carolina Central University (NCCU). Dr. Michelle Ebbs, Principal Research Communication Partner with AJE, presented information on scholarly publishing to NCCU authors.

“It was a pleasure to present at a local university,” said Dr. Ebbs. “AJE has been able to help many authors globally, and I am excited about the possibility to help researchers locally here in North Carolina.”

Of the event, Xiaoxin Luke Chen, MD, PhD, a Professor in the Cancer Research Program at Julius L. Chambers Biomedical Biotechnology Research Institute of North Carolina Central University said:

“We constantly face the challenge of publishing manuscripts and getting grant proposals funded. It is very fortunate for students, postdocs and faculty at NCCU to have AJE, a leading company in English editing, here in the same town. Working with their experts with relevant expertise, we look forward to more successful stories in publishing and funding.”

AJE works with institutions and organizations globally to offer educational webinars and seminars for their authors. Topics include tips for publication success, ethics in research publication, choosing a journal, and an overview of scholarly publishing. In addition to offering educational sessions, AJE also works with organizations to support their authors through the publication process with a suite of author services, such as language editing, translation, manuscript formatting, and more.
