American Journal Experts partners with American Geophysical Union to provide support for members and conference attendees

American Journal Experts (AJE), provider of author services to researchers worldwide, has announced a new partnership with the American Geophysical Union (AGU) to provide services to AGU members and attendees of AGU’s meetings. As part of the collaboration, AGU members will receive a discount on the full range of AJE services, including English language editing, academic translation, and preparation of figures and illustrations.

“Partnering with a premier scholarly society like AGU is a wonderful opportunity to further our mission of making the research communication process faster and easier for researchers,” said Alexis Kennedy, AJE’s Global Marketing Manager. “We are also excited to expand on our proven suite of manuscript editing and illustration services to provide support for conference attendees in the form of abstract editing, poster preparation, and more.”

In addition to support for preparing research manuscripts, attendees registering to attend AGU’s conferences will have access to discounted Conference Services from AJE. Using the same subject-matter expert editors who improve manuscripts at AJE, attendees can receive assistance editing their conference abstract and ensuring that it complies with word limits. AJE’s scientifically trained illustration team also offers a poster preparation service to layout and present research results in a visually appealing format.

Dana Rehm, Director of Marketing, Communications and Engagement at AGU, added

“Supporting the scientific research of our members and meeting attendees is critical to advancing AGU’s mission to support scientific collaboration and innovative publishing. Partnering with AJE gives our members and meeting attendees access to tools to help them share their scientific research in engaging ways.”
