Poster Preparation

Your poster will be handled by a team of former researchers with years of experience creating clear and attractive presentations.

Our poster preparation service saves you time so that you can focus on your presentation. Let us handle the details:

  • Editing your text to ensure that the content is clear and error-free
  • Turning your figures, tables, and images into high-resolution, journal-quality panels
  • Designing a professional poster that brings all the elements together
  • Ensuring accuracy with a round of revision

The process is easy! All we need from you is a completed poster submission form and your figures with legends.

We are committed to your success as the author of your poster, so we cannot write new text. You can submit a file with text for your poster or highlight the sections of your manuscript or other document that you want us to include.

FAQs

What file formats do you accept for posters?

We are currently able to process the following file types:

  • DOC, DOCX (Microsoft Word)
  • ODT (OpenOffice Writer)
  • PPT, PPTX (Microsoft PowerPoint)
  • ODP (OpenOffice Impress)
  • XLS, XLSX (Microsoft Excel)
  • ODT (OpenOffice Calc)
  • CDR (CorelDRAW)
  • SPV (SPSS v. 16.0 and later)
  • AI, AIT (Adobe Illustrator)
  • PSD, PDD (Adobe Photoshop)
  • EPS (Various programs)

File types that are not on this list should be exported as EPS or PDF files. If you use alternative software, we can also advise you on the best procedure to export figures in one of our recommended file types.

Do I need to provide a laid-out version of my poster?

While providing an already laid-out poster will help us cut down on the time it takes to format your poster, it is not necessary for us to begin working. We can work from any Microsoft document, as long as the text and figures have clear headings/captions.

How can I ensure that graphics are reproduced at high quality once they are printed?

As long as high-resolution versions of images, graphs, diagrams, and institution logos are provided, they should appear crisp and clear upon printing. Whenever possible, vector file formats (such as EPS, PDF or XLS) should be provided to ensure the highest possible resolution.
