Dr. Conte is currently a Research Communication Partner at AJE and has been with the company since 2009. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology. Subsequently, she completed a postdoc at UMass Amherst where she studied transporter proteins involved in metal homeostasis in various plant model systems. Dr. Conte has experience with a wide variety of manuscript preparation services and has provided content review, manuscript organization, and editing services for authors wishing to publish their work in high-impact journals. She has seven peer-reviewed publications in journals such as Plant Physiology, Plant Science, Annals of Botany, and Frontiers in Plant Science.
